The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean, with attention to detail and basic amenities like a window at higher floors. The breakfast, as mentioned in one review, is simple yet filling, with delicious options like bacon and pancakes.

All was more than satisfactory.

The hotel n room is very clean. The hotel staff is all very friendly n helpful. They gave us a feeling of familiness. The breakfast was wonderful cos actually it says only continental breakfast provided however we do get more than that. We have fried rice or noodles, stewed pork, fried eggs, instant noodles, cereals, milk, yoghurt, breads n 24 hour non stop coffee n tea. The location is superb cos all the wholesale market n mall is accessible in walking distance. Can save up a lot on transport. There is a lot of food hawkers accessble just a few steps away from the hotel entrance.

Erawan shrine was 1 mile away, I could even walk there. An a king size bed was a bonus. I greatly enjoyed location and the food, no complaints whatsoever.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, bed is very comfortable, had a very good deep sleep. Platinum mall is less than 5 minutes walk, there are two 7-Elevens which is 1 minute walk away. Ideal Pratunam is very ideal for Platinum Mall shoppers. Rooms comes with key card, which needs key card access for lift and room, something most budget hotels do not have, better security.

Good city center location, near to shopping areas and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms with free bottled water and coffee available in the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful with luggage assistance.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good, so noise from outside and other rooms can be heard easily.

This allowed us to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being just a short walk away from all the shopping and excitement. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the service provided by the owner was exceptional - always friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided was simple but satisfying. a great choice for families looking to explore the area.

The TV channels were limited, and there weren't many options for children's programming.

entry to hotel blocked by 2-3 shops using wholesale cloth. its very crowded, u cannot exit from hotel or enter during peak hours..very bad

First impression of the boutique hotel was a little intimidating as it is located away from the main street within a side lane. But we soon realised it is absolutely safe to walk to the hotel, even at night. It is conveniently located at Pratunam area, within walking distances to Platinum Mall, Pantip IT Mall and the nearly opened Shibuya 19. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile when they meet us. There is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, but they are fast to bring an electric kettle when I requested for one. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are fresh and clean. Had a relaxed 4 nights stay at this boutique hotel. Would come back again if I am in Bangkok next time.
